Claims Process:
In the unlikely event that your dog has successfully damaged the bed cover and you wish to claim a refund, please follow the steps outlined below:1. Within 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Happiness team at hello@happystaffyco.com to initiate the return and claim process.
2. You will be required to provide a clear photograph or video evidence of the damaged cover, showcasing the extent of the damage. Normal wear and tear or scratches that haven't broken fabric do not qualify as damage.
3. From here, our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged cover. You must post the damaged cover to us within 7 days of receiving approval.
4. Upon receiving the returned cover, our quality control team will assess the extent of the damage to determine if it meets the criteria for a refund.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the damage is not consistent with genuine chewing or if it appears to have been intentionally inflicted, tampered with, or manipulated in any way.
Refund Processing:
If your claim is approved, we will refund the full purchase price of the dog bed cover to your original payment method. If purchased in a bundle, the refund amount is the cover only.
To prevent any potential misuse of this Money Back Guarantee, we have established strict guidelines and procedures. We will thoroughly assess the damage to ensure its authenticity and consistency with normal use. Any attempts at fraud, tampering, or intentional damage will result in the rejection of your claim.

Just make sure your product is in its original condition (e.g., for beds, this means no wear, tear or stains) and that you hold onto the original packaging.
Once we've received it and assessed the product, we'll donate it to a local animal charity and refund you in full. As we donate returned products to charity, our 30 day money back guarantee does not cover toys that have been used or chewed.

Here's how it works:
