By placing a pre-order item/s, your entire order will be shipped when all products become available. Which is usually no later than 30 days. (If you urgently need a product that is in stock before the pre-order item is available, please place two separate orders).
We ship worldwide!

For our U.S., Canada, and Mexico customers, you can shop directly on our U.S. site: us.happystaffyco.com. Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in sunny Utah!

For Australia, Europe, and the rest of the world, orders will be dispatched from our AU warehouse.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-8 business days Australia-wide. International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.

Once you have finalised your order you will receive tracking information within 48 hours. Unless you have ordered a ‘Pre-order’ item and in that case, you will receive the tracking information once Item(s) have been dispatched.

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $9.95 per order. We offer free shipping for orders over $150.
Standard international shipping (including tracking) is calculated at checkout.

All you have to do is get in touch with one of our Happy team members, cover the cost of shipping and we'll sort out the rest.

Just make sure your product is in its original condition (e.g., for beds, this means no wear, tear or stains) and that you hold onto the original packaging.

Once we've received it and assessed the product, we'll donate it to a local animal charity and refund you in full. As we donate returned products to charity, our 30 day money back guarantee does not cover toys that have been used or chewed.

If you think your Happy Staffy product isn't performing quite right or has a fault, let us know and we will do our best to fix it as quickly as possible.

If your furry friend manages to demolish their Chewzilla Certified Toys within 30 days, we'll replace them for free!

Here's how it works:

If your pup destroys their toy, simply snap a photo and send it over to us. We'll assess the damage and if your toy qualifies for a replacement, we'll send it out to you for free.

Please note: Chew marks resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. Our Chewzilla Certified Guarantee is only available for Chewzilla Certified Toy Boxes and not individual Chewzilla toys.

Walking Gear Lifetime Guarantee

We are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on our harnesses, leashes, and collars against defects in materials and workmanship.

Our lifetime guarantee covers any product that cannot be used for the purpose it was intended. This includes snapping, tearing, or breaking of the fabric and hardware under normal use conditions. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace, at our discretion, any eligible item that suffers damage covered by this guarantee.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by chewing or any misuse of the product or cosmetic damage such as discolouration. Due to the nature of personalised embroidery, we are unable to accept returns on these customised items unless due to a product fault. Please note that slight variations or imperfections may occur in the embroidery process. While we strive for perfection, our embroidery is not 100% machine based and involves a human touch, which contributes to the individuality of each piece. If you have any concerns or queries about your embroidery, please reach out to our customer support team.
To make a claim under the lifetime guarantee, please contact our Customer Experience Team at hello@happystaffyco.com with your order number, an image of the damage and details of the issue. We will assess the damage and, if deemed eligible under this guarantee, provide a replacement product free of charge.
  • The lifetime guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value.
  • This guarantee covers the harnesses, leashes, and collars exclusively and does not extend to any other accessories or products.
